Sunday 10 mile run

Awesome weather, very warm but not hot and there is a slight breeze which makes running delightful, especially along Lake Washington.

Ran a little less then 80 minutes and 10 miles.

4.4 miles on Saturday

Did a relaxing slow 4.4.mile run this Saturday to Volunteer Park.
