Weekly Mileage Chart

This is amazing, keeping statistics of runs was a great idea. There was a big drop last year in October - that's when I had to pause and take it slow because of the stress fructure. It looks like now I am back to good average weekly mileage around 15 miles. I keep my runs for the weekends - not that the weather gets better again I will add runs during the week.
I also got accepted for the NYC marathon, which is in November. I might try to run a full marthon before that. Need to do some research if there would be a good one somewhere.

4 miles on Saturday
It's raining most of the time these days. Although today I was lucky and it was sunny when I got out. Ran slowly, unfortunetly my GPS sometimes doesn't kick in right away, so the distance it provided was a little short, it said 3.6 but by looking at the map of the Garmin Training Center I noticed that it didn't start working until about 5 minutes into the run. It was my regular Volunteer park run, so I know the distance. :)

Happy New Year!
Two runs, twice 4 miles already this year.
1st January 2010 - 4 miles to Volunteer Park and back.
3rd January 2010 - 4 miles
Getting started slowly to progress up to 8 miles over the next couple of week. Haven't signed up for any event yet - so running for pure fun! Awesome, it feels so good to be able to run again and without any pain.
