
This is amazing, keeping statistics of runs was a great idea. There was a big drop last year in October - that's when I had to pause and take it slow because of the stress fructure. It looks like now I am back to good average weekly mileage around 15 miles. I keep my runs for the weekends - not that the weather gets better again I will add runs during the week.
I also got accepted for the NYC marathon, which is in November. I might try to run a full marthon before that. Need to do some research if there would be a good one somewhere.
